  • The App is intended for communication between users. We cannot guarantee anonymity through the service. User discretion is advised when using the service and when communicating with any party.
  • Go Blaze has no control over the conduct of any user or party and disclaims all liability in this regard. Users are recommended to carefully and thoroughly examine and check with their correspondents all necessary details they need to be aware of prior to the occurrence of any meeting. Meeting with any user is entirely at your own risk.

Go Blaze Ltd. (“Go Blaze”, “we”, “our” or the “Company”) respect the privacy of its users (the “User(s)” or “you”). This Privacy Policy is to inform you what information we collect when you visit our website (available at: http://talkableapp.com) (the “Site”) and on our Talkable™ Mobile Application(s) (the “App(s)” and collectively with the Site – the “Service”).

Capitalized terms which are not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms of Use available at: http://talkableapp.com/terms-of-service/, which this Privacy Policy is incorporated thereto by reference (together, the “Terms”).

BY ACCESSING THE SERVICE AND/OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY (THE “PRIVACY POLICY”), INCLUDING TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION (AS DEFINED BELOW). IF YOU DISAGREE TO ANY TERM PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES.

General:

Please note: you are not obligated to provide us with any personal information by law. You hereby agree and acknowledge that you are providing us with personal information at your own free will, for the purpose of allowing us to provide you with the Service, and that we may keep such personal information in database which will be registered and kept in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

What information may we collect about our users?

The Company collects two types of information:

  • The first type of information is un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to a User(s), which may be made available or gathered via the User’s use of the App and/or the Site (“Non-personal Information”). Non-personal Information which is being collected consists of technical information and aggregated usage information, and may contain, among other things, the activity of the User on the App and/or the Site, type of operation system, User’s ‘click-stream’ on App and/or the Site, browser type, language and keyboard language, etc.
  • The second type of information is individually identifiable information (“Personal Information”). This information may identify an individual or may be of a private and/or sensitive nature namely:
  • User IP address and the derived geolocation of the User.
  • Any independently User-provided personal details (as applicable and if actually provided) such as your nickname.
  • Your name, contact details and any other information you provide the Company as part of your correspondences or communications with the Company (e.g. for contacting us from the Company’s website or for seeking support).
  • Persistent unique identifiers used only for providing the Service such as device identifier. The persistent identifier allows us to understand how users interact with the App(s) over time, i.e. across different sessions.
  • Information provided from Facebook™ such as photos, “likes”, mutual friends with other users you choose to communicate through the App, favorite preferences, email address and information you marked as “public” on Facebook™ or shared with your Facebook™ friends.
  • The App may set a unique nickname (which you can change through the system) and other identifiers
  • Company stores your communication meta data and chat content as part of the service.

How Do We Collect Information About Our Users?

There are three main methods we use:
(1)
Use of the Service. We collect Non-Personal Information when you access or use the Service. In other words, we are aware of your usage of the Service and may gather, collect and record the information relating to such usage, either independently or through the help of third-party services as detailed below.

(2) Voluntarily Provided. We may collect Personal Information which you voluntarily provide when you use the Service (e.g. upon registration or when you chat). We may store the Personal Information and Non-Personal Information through our authorized third-party service providers as detailed below.

(3) From third party providers. We receive information from Facebook™ when you register to the Service. We use only public information and information you chose to share with your friends on Facebook™.

How Do We Use Your Information?

Your information is collected for purposes, which include without limitation the following: (i) to provide you with and operate the Service (ii) for statistical and research purposes in connection with the Company’s business (we do not sell or transfer your information to third parties unless required in accordance with the Section below) ; (iii) to develop, improve and customize the Service and offering available through the Services; (iv) certain information is gathered to be able to contact Users for the purpose of providing them with technical assistance, support, and collect feedback; (v) to be able to reply to User online queries or governmental agencies’ requests; (vi) for customization and improvement of the Service’s accuracy and interface; (vii) to comply with any applicable rule or regulation. (viii) to comply with any applicable law and assist law enforcement agencies under any applicable law, when Company has a good faith belief that Company’s cooperation with the law enforcement agencies is legally mandated or meets the applicable legal standards; (ix) to prevent fraud, misappropriation, infringements, identity theft and other illegal activities and misuse of the Services and to enforce Company’s Terms (x) to handle breakdowns and malfunctions (xi) to take any action in any case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and the Service, or between you and other users or third parties with respect to, or in relation with the Service.

Sharing Information with Third Parties:

Go Blaze will not share any Personal Information it collects with any third party other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy and will consider Personal Information that Users provide as confidential.

In light of the aforementioned, Company may disclose Personal Information only in the following cases:

(a) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request;

(b) to enforce this Privacy Policy and/or the TOU, including investigation of potential violations thereof;

(c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues;

(d) to respond to User’s support requests;

(e) to respond to claims that contact information (e.g. name, e-mail address, etc.) of a third-party had been transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment;

(f) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Company, its Users, or the general public;

(g) when Company is undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of its assets;

(h) to collect, hold and/or manage your Personal Information through Company’s authorized third party service providers (e.g. Amazon cloud services), which may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws and level of protection as in your jurisdiction (solely in connection with the Service and subject to confidentiality obligations);

(i) pursuant to your explicit approval prior to the disclosure.

(j) to cooperate with authorized third parties for the purpose of enhancing User’s experience.

(k) In any case of dispute, or legal proceeding of any kind between you and Go Blaze or its affiliates or business associates, or between you and other users with respect to, or in relation with the Services;

(l) In any case where Company reasonably believes that sharing information is necessary to prevent imminent physical damage or damage to property;

For the avoidance of doubt, Go Blaze may transfer and disclose or otherwise use Non-Personal Information whether linked or not to anonymous random identifiers or information that is aggregated in a non-identifiable way, at its own discretion.

Third Party Software/Service :

While using the Service we may be using third party software and/or service for the purposes listed below, inter alia, in order to collect and/or process the information detailed herein (the “Third Party Service Provider”). Note that these are independent software and/or service providers and Go Blaze does not take any liability about the information collection policies of these providers, or about any kind of issue, legal or otherwise, relating thereto. Changing or Deleting Personal Information:

Company does not retain personal information other than set forth above. If for any reason you wish to modify or delete your Personal Information (such as contact details) please contact us at: support@talkableapp.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to modify or delete any such Personal Information pursuant to any applicable privacy laws within reasonable time. Note that unless you instruct us otherwise we may retain your Personal Information for a period of no longer than seven (7) years since your last use of the Service).

Please note, upon request to delete your account, Go Blaze may depersonalize your information instead of deleting it for the purpose of enhancing and improving our Services, meaning that some types of information may not be deleted in order to keep the integrity of our system but rather striped of any personal information linked to such information and having such data be anonymized.

After a (i) request from a user to delete any data or (ii) a deletion of data from the App’s interface or (iii) termination of an account, an automated process will begin that permanently deletes the data in accordance with the timelines set forth in the tables below. Once begun, this process cannot be reversed and data will be permanently deleted. Some data will not be deleted and shall be kept in an anonymized manner.

Please note that chats that you performed with other users may be stored linked to your chat partner as part of the storage functionality and may not be deleted until the other user chooses to delete them.

Use of Cookies and Local Storage:

To make the Site work properly, when you visit or access our Site we use industry-wide technologies such as “cookies” (or similar technologies) in order to improve your user experience either for the duration of your visit (using a ‘session cookie’) or for repeat visits (using a ‘persistent cookie’). Our service providers may use cookies in accordance with their policy above.

Please note that by deleting or disabling future cookies, your user experience may be affected and you might not be able to take advantage of certain functions of our Site, therefore, your online experience may be limited.

Please note that certain Personal Information may be stored and retained on your device’s local storage.

Direct Marketing and Push Notifications:

We do not send unsolicited mail (Spam). Sometimes we may need to contact you with a certain offer. You hereby agree that we may use your contact details for the purpose of informing you regarding products, commercial offers, services and new features which may interest you via the e-mail address you have provided or through the Service.

You may withdraw your consent via sending a written notice to Company by email to the following address: support@talkableapp.com or in the same manner as the ad was transmitted to you.

You are hereby agreeing for the App to use push notifications (messages that are shown on your device outside of the application itself). You can always withdraw your consent by changing your device settings.

Security:

We take a great care in implementing, enforcing and maintaining the security of the Service and our Users’ Personal Information. The Personal Information is hosted on the Amazon Cloud in USA which provides advanced security features and is compliant with ISO 27001 standard. All Personal Information is stored with logical separation from information of otherusers. However, we do not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.

Personal information submitted may be transferred by us to our other offices and/or to third parties Subject to this Privacy policy (Sharing Information with Third Parties), including service providers further described in this Policy, which may be situated outside the United States and may be processed by staff operating outside the United States. The countries concerned may not have similar data protection laws to the United States. By using the Site, you agree to this storing, processing and/or transfer.

Changes to the Privacy Policy :

The terms of this Privacy Policy will govern the use of the Service and any information collected therein. Go Blaze reserves the right to change this policy at any time, so please re-visit this page frequently. In the event of any substantial change of this policy, we will make reasonable efforts to post a clear notice on the Site. Such substantial changes will take effect seven (7) days after such notice was provided on our Services or sent by email.
